1. My current practise of leadership style is Democratic leadership style. Democratic leadership style in school is a way of leading where the head teacher or school leader involves teachers, students, and some times parents in decision-making rather than making all decisions alone.
2. The following areas of school leader ship style that I feel most confident in school are:
Democratic, Transactional, ethnics, conflict resolution, and instructional focus..       Ethnical Leadership style in schools: Is when a school leader lead(head teacher, Principal, or Teacher) leads by strong moral principles and fairness. It focuses on doing what is right, just, and respectful to all members of the school community.
Instructional (or Pedagogical)  Leadership
- Focuses on improving teaching and learning
- Lead supports teacher Development, curriculum planning, and students achievement.
- Ensures the school's main goal-quality education-prioritized.
 - Weakness: can neglect other aspects like staff welfare is too rigid.
In practice, most successful school leaders blend these styles, depending on the situation.
Conflict Resolution Leadership style in school:
Conflict Resolution Leadership style in school is a way of leading where the head teacher or school leader actively manages and resolves disputes fairly, calmy, and constructively to maintain a healthy learning environment. Instead of ignoring or suppressing conflicts, the leader uses them as opportunities, to build understanding, respect, and cooperation.

3. As a head teacher in my school I would like to strengthen the following leadership styles
1. Instructional leadership styles
2. Democratic leadership style
3. Conflict Resolution leadership style.

Dear Madam Jawo,
Your content shows a clear understanding of leadership diversity. You wisely recognize that successful school leaders blend different styles depending on the situation. To make it stronger, I’d recommend adding:

-Benefits and challenges of each style (not just definitions).
-Equity, inclusion, and data-driven decision-making as cross-cutting themes.
-A link to transformational leadership to inspire long-term school improvement.

Thanks for your efforts
