 IN this type of leadership  the leader is open to  every one where he or she aloud  the team  in decision making.It also encourages open communication where  every one  has a voice

In these types of  leader ships  i am more confident  on ethic leadership because it provides a moral compass for individual and organisation to make a fair just responsible decision  foster trust and confidence and promote  social harmony save guide  individual rights .Ethical  behavior leaders to better decision making  and critical thinking ,

As a leader i would  like  to strengthen on Ethical leadership because it guide an individuals right
