In democracy all the decisions and ideas are welcomed u sit and exchanged take each others views and come to a resolution in that no one will be left out in decision making .To me is the best practice in administration respect each others view s in that transparency and accountability will be in progress and that makes the work to be easy and there will be that trust in the work place and also conflicts will be minimize and ideas will be welcomed.
The area i am comfortable in is conflict resolution in that you invite both parties listen to both parties sides of the problem think of a solution resolve the problem after make follow up to see whether the problem is solved
As an administrator i would like to strengthen capacity building punctuality and regularity in that it makes work to Be easy.
