thanks for your insightful contribution. It's interesting that you use the democratic style to lead your school. How do you go about instances that call for fast resolution to , lets say a crisis? Do you still use the democratic style?
I agree that new conflicts keep emerging that may call for new ways of solving them ,hence need for capacity building.
