I choose democratic leadership style because it allows members to be part of the day to day running of the school. It encourages every body to participate in discission making without any misunderstanding because nobody is left behind.

Ethics

It helps me to be honest, consistence, transparent in decisions and behaviour. Treating all student and staff equally, valuing diverse perspectives and fostering inclusive environment.

Conflict Resolution

To have more training on conflict resolution between students, staff and the community at large because if we are not in good terms teaching and learning cannot take place effectively.

sometimes it's important to have multiple leadership styles depending on the situation you find yourself, because in situation like students' performance it's important that one be autocratic and give directives on how teachers should handle curriculum delivery.
