1. In my school we use SIPs to guide development and decision by monitoring the implementation of SIP in the school on the priotise issues and the help of staff, students and stakeholder.
2. the strategies we use to involve teachers, stakeholders and learners in the process is by organising meetings, focus groups, survey and collecting vital information on attendance and exam feedbacks.
3. the challenges of implementing the SIPs could be low level of community education, untimely payment of SIG and late approval of SIPs.
4. the initiative that make us successful is involving every one onboard in the decision making and be transparent.

SIP could also be used to guide the administrative decisions taken in the development of the school rather than working blindly during the school year. it also guides the financial spending of the school rather than spending without purpose.

it helps identify gaps in learner performance and teaching practices, leading to targeted strategies that improve academic outcomes. A SIP involves teachers learners parents and community members fostering shared ownership and cooperation.
