Peer 2: I relate closely to your experience with limited resources affecting SIP implementation. In my school i faced a similar challenge and addressed it by prioritising low-cost, high-impact activities such as peer teaching and community-led support.

The school improvement plan promotes meaningful development by focusing on quality teaching, learner support strong leadership, and active involvement of teachers, learners, parents, and the community.
