In my school i make a strategy by inviting SMC teachers student leaders .Then we discuss and prepare the SIP for my school it was well prepare and all those who where there sign it
SIP planning is a process that takes a long duration so that reflection can be made of the previous year's achievements and also reflect on the weaknesses and this will help you in guiding the planning process.
The school plan also describes how progress is monitored and how achievement will be measured, including the evidence that will be gathered.
