To involve teacher, learners, parents and community members effectively in the process for SIP development and implementation.

i use the following strategies:

1) Consultative meetings and forums to gather ideas and build shared understanding.

1) Focus group discussions with teachers, learners and parents.

These strategies promote inclusiveness, transparency, ownership and collective responsibility for school improvement.

A SIP sets clear goals and priorities guiding the school toward improved teaching, learning and management. school leaders or teachers may lack training in planning, data analysis or implementation.
without proper follow-up schools may fail to track progress or adjust strategies.
