There is one Catherine Sambou a pupil in grade 3A who was constantly absent and was noted by her teacher who sent her to me and was referred to the counselling team for counselling. They discovered that her parents are no more. Though divorced leaving her bar father who goes to work at Gambia (GPA), with regular support, monitoring and check-ups, she started coming to school regularly and even built-up self-confidence. This helped other pupils to see that looking for help is very importance, and the teacher became more concern, valiant and helpful.
