In supporting teachers and staff to identify and respond to learners' emotional and behavioral needs.

Firstly, initiating professional development workshops to equip teachers with knowledge of learners development, emotional intelligence, and common behavioral issues, helping them recognize early signs of distress, anxiety or social difficulties.

Encouraging mentorship and peer collaboration to create a supportive environment where teachers can discuss challenges, share strategies, and learn from one another.  By also providing a psychologists.

you can also use peer support programs where students especially students' councillors are trained on how they can be able to help their fellow students because sometimes they trust their peers and that will help more. one can also create room where they can meet and also discuss their own issues privately.
