UNIT 10
There was a time a child became withdrawn and started missing classes because her mother always travels and leave her with the family to cook and take care of her younger ones which leads to a decline in her performance. Her teacher reported  the matter to me and i called the her in the office and she narrated the same story then i called the mother to the school to hear from her too. Then i advise  her to support the girl to improve on her performance as she her future.
One of the traits i have strength is active listening. I listen carefully to the person narrating his or her story to get clear understanding of the story
Reflection  prompt.
One of the best qualities of a counsellor that i have is patience. This gives me enough time to listen to people and understand there stories well and know how to go about solving them.
The most challenging quality i have is emotional sensitivity sometimes i care too much that i finally became emotional in trying to solve students problems.

Madam, I agree with you. Patience can help the guidance and committee team to do their work effectively.
