  • I organise short staff orientation sessions on common emotional and behavioural issues such as anxiety, aggression, withdrawal, and low self-esteem.
  • Teachers are sanitated to recognise early warning signs such as changes in attendance, sudden drop in performance, isolation, or disruptive behaviour.
  • I support teachers to use positive behaviour management strategies such as praise, clear routines, and consistent rules.
  • We review classroom seating, groupings, and routines to ensure they cater for diverse learner needs.

Sis Fatou,
teachers using positive praises on students is a good strategy.
