In my school guidance and counseling is practiced by making activities that will support learners receive academic,personal, and social guidance and counseling.The challenges face is that not all teachers have specialized in guidance and counseling ,this makes it difficult to carry out certain issues.

The challenge you mentioned an issue everywhere. You can try to organise a basic training on Guidance and counselling for your staff. This can help though it ask for funds
