1. guidance and counselling is practice in the school by having a close door meeting with the one who need counselling and there are challenges we face in the school:

cultural norms and value which create a big challenge in counselling and low skill and knowledge in guidance and counselling.

2. counselling can be integrate in the school by organising school base workshop for teachers on skill and knowledge and by extension creating clubs that can also be sensitize on counselling.

3. by training teachers on how to identify emotional and behavioural needs of learners.

4. guidance and counselling made a different in the school when one of our student a smoker and he was help to stop it.

it is very important for headteachers and teachers to be trained on guidance and counselling, to help both students and staff benefits .
