For schools to excel, there must be regular and authentic records keeping. Records like attendance registers, academic reports, students file and financial ledges are very key. By keeping regular and update records will definitely improve standards and performance in my school and above all encourage accountability and transparency.
you are right by so doing, it helps a lot in building trust , peace in the school environment and good monitoring of records helps in decision making which will enables you to raised the standard of the school.
