going through this unit has enabled me to know how human, financial and material resources management should be managed in schools. before going through the unit, i have been unconsciously distributing resources randomly without giving consideration to issues like shortages and lifespan of certain materials and also human resources management in terms of classroom allocation.
mr secka has show remarkable skill and responsibility in the effective planning utilization and monitoring of school resource. His efforts have ensured transparency, accountability and optimaluse use of available materials and funds to support teaching and learning.
