resource management is the using of the available resources in the school. e.g Pupils ,teacher materials and money available in the school.

Time management: organizing schedules and timetables efficiently to maximize learning opportunities.

In essence, resource management in a school means making the best use of what is available to improve teaching, learning, and overall school performance.
