1. My leadership style will be Democratic leadership style: In this leadership style, in my school where myself the head teacher, and the teachers, students take part in decision-making instead of me the leader making all the rules and decisions alone, ideas and opinions are shared, discussed and considered before reaching a conclusion. I lead by involving others, listening to different views, and making decisions collectively.
2. In my school i am more confident in instructional leadership(focus on teaching and learning). I support teachers in improving classroom practice. I encourage the use of effective teaching strategies. I monitor student progress and promote a culture of continuous learning.
