- Democratic style of leadership is the style that best describe my current practice because i like the situation where everyone will have the freedom to express his/her options and also contribute to decision making and also participate in all activities in the school. it also encourages delegation of responsibilities equally amongst staff.it also encourages everyone to take responsibility in the absence of the head teacher. it also create room for staff to follow the chain of command where the head teacher is not on the ground, and also helps everyone to be able to response to any question asked by a visitor in the absence of the leader or show any document requested by a visitor.

Hi Mr Secka i agree with you because in a democratic leadership style the work load is share among the participants equally and it helps them to be responsible and committed to there duties even in the absence of the head teacher they can attend to any stranger.
