  • As the name implies, a democratic style of leadership is where all participants are consulted in the discussions before any decisions are made. It is an all-inclusive style where the views of all are considered, and decision making does not come from the leader alone. This style of leadership is what I practice most in my school although sometimes a mixture of other styles is used depending on the circumstances and the issues under discussion.
  • My areas of school leadership style including ethics, conflict resolutions and instructional focus where I feel comfortable most includes staff development, community participation, and stakeholder's contributions. The main objectiv5his is impossible without the right type of human resources which is the teachers. The community and stakeholders also play very vital roles in the teaching and learning of the pupils.
  • The areas I would like to strengthen as a head teacher includes further training on the use of information technology. Another area is how to motivate the community youth and non-governmental stakeholders to participate fully in the development of schools.

Good work done, you followed all the requirements except one. That is, the discussion should be at least 150 words. Please when it's required for you to write more, do not hesitate to write what is required.
