1:The leadership style that best describes my current practice is a democratic style of leadership . Am a leader who is open to criticism and always seeks opinions from my subordinates when necessary.
2:I feel most confident in conflict resolution because am someone who listens keenly and never shy away from telling the truth.
3:The areas of leadership i would like to improve on are transactional and transformative situations.
