My current leadership style can best be described as transformational with elements of instructional leadership. I strive to inspire teachers and pupils by setting high expectations, leading by example, and encouraging collaboration. I believe in empowering my staff through trust and shared decision-making, which helps to create a positive and motivated school environment.

I feel most confident in the areas of ethics, conflict resolution, and instructional focus. As a headteacher, I uphold fairness, integrity, and transparency in all school dealings, ensuring that ethical principles guide every decision. I am also skilled in managing conflicts constructively, often focusing on dialogue, understanding, and solutions rather than blame. My instructional leadership is strong, as I actively supervise teaching and learning, support professional development, and prioritize strategies that improve student performance.

However, I recognize the need to strengthen areas such as strategic planning, resource mobilization, and data-driven decision-making. These areas are critical for sustainable school improvement. I would also like to enhance my capacity in building stronger community partnerships and advancing innovative teaching practices. By addressing these areas, I can grow into a more holistic and impactful leader.
