Dear Lamb Facilitator,
For me democratic leadership style is best practice in my school. in so doing, then we can have some of these ethics in conflict resolution like proactive approach, active listening and negotiation. in time of instructional focus i will use data decision making to ensure that teaching methods are effective and student centred. i will also provide training for teachers on conflict resolution and implement policies that promote good behaviour, discipline, and student welfare.
I would like to strengthen more on academic leadership and curriculum, staff development and management and student well being and behaviours in my school.
