We've been working on school-based TPD through OER4Schools, http://oer.educ.cam.ac.uk/wiki/OER4Schools as well as College-based TPD for teacher educators (through the T-TEL Ghana programme). Most recently we are working in Nkayi (Zimbabwe) on school-based TPD in secondary.
I'll be working with COL, looking at the possibilities in Cameroon!
