1.Empathy ,integrity courage active learning and collaboration are key leadership qualities for handling GBV and digital harassment

2.My biases , cultural beliefs and past experiences can shape how i  perceive and respond to GBV . Recognizing these influences help me respond more intentionally and fairly.

Schools in The Gambia face so many challenges in overcoming TFGBV . Some gaps include limited resources , lack of clear  policies and inadequate training for staff. For students to be protected , schools must implement robust digital safety policies , training staff and educating students on online safety and digital citizenship can also help. Head teachers can partner with parents and communities through workshops , feedback loops , involving leaders and joint policy initiatives  to prevent digital harm.

Schools should address online  behaviour outside school hours if it impacts students well-being or safety . my school approach to this is by creating strong but precise policies to cub with the alarming situation.
