What ways do head teachers use to over come TFGBV in the school.T

The effect of GBV in the schools is creating problems in the schools but the steps i took to minimize this effect in my school because is throgh forming a peer educator club in the  school where some of the teachers  are with them they prepare schedules of meetings every month to educate each other of GBV and together with the teachers and every month they also review their meetings and look for ways to improve on the weak areas .We also invite peer health educators to have sessions with them  and that also minimize  the effect of GBV because some of the problems are caused by social media its destruction is too much but with this approach it s effect  has dropped in the school.  The approach i use  is helping and also the community is also involved and both parties play a crucial role and things are decreasing. After school it is the responsibility of the parent also to take responsibility of sensitizing the student outside the school .With collective responsibility there will be positive changes.

A peer educator club was formed in the school, with teachers involved.
They hold monthly meetings to educate each other about GBV and review their progress.
Outside peer health educators are also invited to lead sessions.
This approach helps address problems caused by social media.
The school and community work together, and parents are asked to continue sensitization at home.
With this collective effort, the effects of GBV in the school are decreasing.
