1. How have you used PMS tools in your school?
I use SLA forms and templates during my weekly meetings with teachers. These tools help us set clear goals for the term and keep a professional record of our progress. They make supervision feel more like a partnership rather than just an inspection.
2. What challenges have you faced, and how did you address them?
A major challenge was the time it takes to fill out all the manuals and forms accurately. Some staff found the data confusing at first. I addressed this by holding a small training workshop to show how the data actually helps us identify which students need extra help.
3. How can PMS promote accountability and quality assurance?
PMS ensures that everyone knows exactly what is expected of them. By tracking learner outcomes and staff performance in one system, we can see where the gaps are. This keeps our standards high because we are making decisions based on facts rather than just guesses.
4. Share a real scenario where PMS helped improve performance.
Last year, our PMS data showed that several classes were struggling with reading scores. Because we had the SLA data, we were able to reallocate resources to buy new reading materials and provide targeted coaching for those teachers. Within one term, the students' scores improved significantly.
