As gender base violence has been monitored by the school authorities in my we still continued to receive information about gender base violence in schools.A scenario was shared showing how one teacher impregnated a school going girl was uncalled for hearing such information.

The most important leadership qualities to be used in handling such with care, Empathy and justice are monitoring and evaluation (M&E),Democratic leadership style were all views are respectfully observed without any fear or favour.

The approach I on GBV was establishing a balance allocation of roles and responsibilities to staff students and the community at large.

Base on the TFGBV, the protection of students online is not adequately achievable by the school authorities. This is because the time these students spend with their parents are far greater than the school authorities. Therefore they easily get access to Internet with less coordination and control.

The headteacher should strive hard to sensitize parents about the dangers of Internet abuse to create awareness.

It can be possible for the be responsible if all stakeholders are properly engaged in a PTA meeting to discuss and set policies that will protect and provide positive results for students.
