The best leadership quality to deal with the situation is the democratic style of leadership to give each affected individual the opportunity to be cared for in the circumstance available. By doing so justice, empathy and care will be served to all.
. My past is not much affected by Gender Based Violence as i was privy to be inducted on a training on Gender Based Violence and that really helped in handling such cases of GBV in my current school and a shared policy on GBV with all the parents is published yearly to help in managing such cases.
There has not been biases affecting the functions of GBV execution in my current school. Cultural beliefs were handled with the most care.
