Unit 13 Discussion forum

The use of ME in my school helps me a lot in the increasing rate of attendance  from dropping the first step i use is proper monitoring of my teachers   in areas of attendance that is punctuality and regularity because if teachers are not regular in school some of the students also  sometimes feel reluctant to come to school and that causes drop out of school .The other step is monitoring of the assessment results and identifying  gaps and  lay out plans to work on the gaps identified from the  assessment and improve on them. we also evaluate the responsibilities given to teachers and  the SMC MOTHERS CLUB and stake holders by evaluating the successes achieved from their roles and also identify gaps  and improve on the gaps however there are constraints in the monitoring and evaluation because some times to have the  the SMC is difficult and that delays some of the activities .ME is helpful in the management of the school because it helps you to manage the school .
