I used monitoring and evaluation (M & E ) tools in my school by setting clear goals (e.g.. better English scores), develop simple tools like checklist or surveys, collect data regularly(attendance, grades, feedback) analyse trends to find gaps, provide actionable feedback to students/teachers, and use findings based for better source use and accountability.

By making M & E a continuous cycle, my school moves from guesswork to data - driven decission, improving teaching, learning, and overall quality.
