In my school we use sip for development purpose and decision making, Fist of all we identify our priority areas we focused on areas like academic's students' welfare environment,

we gather data that is to use student's numbers and their facility conditions and feedback to inform us on how to plan, involve stakeholders' parents' students in doing this every one has a stake in the sip planning and tell them about their importance in part of the planning and its importance.

we set our goals and actions i.e. to specify steps involve in improving some of the things that need to be develop in school

What i use to involve teachers parents' learners and community members in the planning process,

I organize meetings to discuss the priorities and gather input, use school committees to form groups with their reps for each group to plan something encourage parents and teachers in discussions and involve the student council in decision making and finally community outreach to talk to local leaders in the community.

The challenges i face in implementing sips and how i overcome them.

The challenges i face here is inadequate resources and funding, lack of some of the stake holders do not engage or committed in the planning and also unrealistic timelines.

I overcome some of these by always prioritizing low-cost actions.

Engage stakeholders actively in planning and decision making

An example of a successful initiative from sip in my school is clean school environment campaign

Students' teachers and the community worked together to help in cleaning toilets and providing dust bin in every corner of the school and promote hygiene habits improve the wash facilities and hygiene practices, pupils make sure that after each break period they pick up all litters in the school compound. the environment

What makes it work is because students lead part of the initiative parents and teachers supported the efforts clean facilities and environment made a big difference quickly in the school environment.
