Dear Facilitator,
As a school SIP is very important because it helps the school leader to work, toward guided plans towards development and decision making. To bring parents and community stakeholders into the planning process we will invite the SMT, staff, SMC and PTA for us to discuss and identify priorities areas during meetings. The strategies we use to make sure everyone is involve is share responsibilities on the priority areas.
The challenges we faced in implementing the SIP is low level of community education. The community need to know the importance education so that they can value it. The other challenge we face is not having enough funds for the priority areas.
