These strategies promote inclusiveness, transparency ownership, and collective responsibility for school improvement.

To involve teachers learners, parents, and community members effectively in the implementation l use the following strategies.

Collaborative planning meetings use grade  level or subject team meetings where teachers co-design goals and activities.

I agree with you to call meetings using grade level to co-design the aims and activities it makes them to get a clue of how the school works.
