The current state of WASH in my school is there is not enough toilet facilities in the school and that creates inconveniency in the school. The steps i took is invite the SMC Mothers club and the community at large we discuss the problem and and look for solution by engaging stake holders and by that they are working very hard to solve the toilet facilities and also there was not enough supply but when i took over i engage the community and stake holders now the problem of water is now solved and there is enough water supply in the school.  The challenges i face at first was community participation but with frequent engagement they are now showing aby time they are called there is positive respond from them.. I also engage other school heads  i discuss with them so as to find solution to some of the WASH problems in my school and it works well and now most of the  problems are solved,

Your emphasis on sustaining parental involvement beyond the initial outreach campaigns is quite valid; how can we ensure their continued participation? Effective advocacy and teamwork can greatly elevate WASH standards in our educational institutions.
