As it very important to maintain safety hygiene standards for all students and teachers in my school, it was very necessary to provide good sanitary materials to both the boys and girls toilets. Water containers, soap and other sanitary materials were made available to all the toilets whenever they visited the toilets.
Secondly during their meal time students wash their hands
The gaps or challenges realised was the involvement of some villagers fetching water from the school which caused water shortage. The solar panels sometimes do not work effectively to refill the water tank on time during school session.
I collaboratively work with staff, pupils and the parents to make sure that they are sensitize about the important of water in the school.
The provision of sanitary pads for girls was a sensitive issue
