A. The aspect that is working well in our school the is the availability of adequate water points and the good usage of it. the gaps are, proper monitoring of the facilities and poor behavioral of students.

B. I conduct strengthening WASH system by improving the water points in the school, sensitizing pupils and teachers on the usage and upkeep of the facilities.

C. mobilization of resources, this a challenge in our school. because infrastructure is costly and school cannot fund it for themselves.

Action to be taken:

1. scheduling a monitoring plan for WASH

2. Organizing a sensitization for teachers, community and student on proper usage of WASH

3. Mobilizing fund from government, donors to improve water points and WASH infrastructure

sensitization is very important in WASH management and so doing proper handling and durability will be secure.
