Some of the WASH practices in my school are, Hand washing with soap and water after using the toilets or before eating their food. Safe water storage, we also ask them to put water in clean buckets for drinking making sure they are washed clean and covered to prevent contamination.
In our school here we also use proper sanitation i.e. the toilets are safely managed by cleaning them always and also promote hygiene encouraging behaviors like hand washing and proper waste disposal to prevent the spread of diseases.
The aspects that are working well here is access to clean water and functional toilets
The daily cleaning of toilets to keep them clean and tidy.
The gaps we have here is not having enough hand washing materials and limited taps for water supply,
THE COMPONENTS OF THE UNIT THAT CHALLENGE MY THINKING IS
Effective school based washed programs,
a,WHY,it also enhances learning outcomes from
   pupils' punctuality and better performance,
b,it supports gender equity i.e. making sure we have adequate sanitation facilities for mensural hygiene,
C Forster dignity and respect among students they feel, comfortable and respected
My reflection as a leader i wish to take three concrete actions plans in my school as a leader,
1, Community engagement,
2, Inclusivity
3, Sustainability
