Unit 11 Discussion: Leading with care - Guidance and counselling in schools

The effects of guidance and counselling in my school plays a vital role in the school because it brings positive changes in the attitudes because a child will be doing negative things and will be called and counselled by the Guidance and counselling committee and that particular child will adhere to the advice and will in turn give the same advice to his or her colleagues on bad behaviour .Also children different abilities will also be identified through their teachers and will be assisted by the committee with the help of the guidance and counselling we also exchange ideas with other schools and stakeholders in different areas and we give each other support where necessary and there is collaboration with in ourselves.
