I use the PMS to assist my teachers in many ways,especially in improving effective teaching and assessment and teacher attendance. Many teachers do not understand that by signing the SLA, they are committing themselves to the administration, the Reguonal Directorate,and MoBSE, and that the SLA ,is a too lthat can determine their fate interms of their promotion.
