Challenges faced in collecting PMS data and how to addressed it

Some of the challenges faced is that some teachers will not submit lesson plan and scheme of work on time, some will not prepare teaching aids especially those in the upper grades, which makes it difficult to complete the data .I address it by holding a training workshop and setting submission deadline.
