1.SLAs are tools  designed to effectively and consistently monitor attendance ,planning ,and assessment and internal monitoring of both the administration and teaching staff . I ensure that whether am supplied with them on time or not i get them photocopied and give them to senior teachers to star monitoring records and lesson delivery .This helps to make teachers take their work more seriously .They have to account for all their planning and lesson deliveries. With constant monitoring all teachers did well
2.The challenges I faced were late supply of SLAS submission of inadequate data and by new senior  teachers .What i did was to conduct a school based training for all the staff .This made work much easier because not only the teachers had the knowledge and skills but understood how the data is collected and analysed.I cna now proudly say the present staff have been empowered in that aspect.
3.The use of PMS encourages committment by parties by signing an agreement to carry out responsibilities  stated

3 PMS .can help all relevant stakeholders to track the overall performance of each administrator and teacher  in all the schools Administrators will keep track records and send it to cluster monitors to send to MOBSE and other stakeholders or donors. PMS can be used to facilitate promotions motivation and identification of potentials of  the workforce by merit. Each and every teacher will be more serious if that is done rather than promoting people based on their length of service
There  was an instant when I needed committed teacher for the examination class of grade five .What I did was that I took previous SLASB
and classroom observation tools to determine the most regular, punctual and hard working teachers .Then I took my final decision which resulted to an improvement in the results.
