Orgaising teacher professional development training workshop helps in equipping teachers , and èxposinh them to better teaching methods which gives them the confidence in the deliberation of lessons. Once a teacher is comfortable in the subject matter, he/ can deliver to expectation thus, enhancing improved teaching and learning.
