It is very important to plan a monitoring schedule to be used during monitoring activities which is communicated to all teachers concerned.In our school, there is an established monitoring team set up by the administration were the deputy head, senior management team (SMT) are tasked to conduct proper monitoring on lesson planning and curriculum delivery. Feedbacks are given either in team or one to one discussion.

the method of giving feedback to the respected individuals that are been monitored is quite impressive.
