in my school the best strategies I always used is motivation in different ways:
1. I provide some condiments for breakfast they will buy only bread and eat before 8:00. Is a good strategy to your staff very active in class and deliver lesson effectively . it improve punctualities. ( the money used to buy the condiments is never from the SIG, either fund raising money we all participated on or from my own money just to make sure things are done on time and the right way.)
2. I delegate responsibilities to all of them, team recognition, award prizes for performances of both staff and students
3. transparent to all staff is another way that help me a lot in Jiffin LBS
