To balance support and accountability when monitoring instructional practices especially in my school where my teacher may feel anxious about evaluation. As head teacher i used collaborative approach that prioritized a clear communication and professional development for teachers also establish a strong support system that motivate and provide necessary assistance with new teachers .I provide mentoring program, guide and insight best practices from experience educators..
The struggles that can be used to celebrate teaching excellence in ways that uplift staff moral without creating unhealthy competition or resentment are providing opportunity for professional achievement and creating culture of appreciation through hard work, consistence and involving teachers in decision making process to build a sense of shared purpose and value.
