Dear LAMB Facilitator,

Here are some of the leadership quality that i have even seen or even implemented positively influence to in teachings:

1. By doing regular lesson observations with constructive feedback can help teachers improve their practices

2. I sometimes provides personalized support to the individual

3. I do organised training for my teachers to help them develop specific skills or knowledge on new technologies

4. I also sometimes empower teachers to take an leadership roles which can make a sense of ownership and accountability.

5. I do recognised and celebrate teachers achievement in order to boost morale and motivation

These are some of the ways I balance support and accountability

1. I normally gives feedback after the monitoring on areas where improvement are needed.

2. I also try to ensure that my teachers have access to necessary resources and support to implement new practices.

3. I prepared a monitoring schedule for my staff  and be pasted in their classes to be monitor by them.

Here are some of the strategies to celebrate teaching excellence.

1. I acknowledge the hardworking teachers during the staff meetings

2. I do encourage teacher's to recognize and celebrate each other's achievements.

3. I award prizes to the hardworking teachers during school speech and prize giving day.
