The leadership practice i use in my school to help in teaching and learning is monitoring and supervision because if you monitor you identify the weak areas especially in thematic areas you can know the weak areas and remedial classes is given to the pupils to catch up the gaps and also you supervise attendance of the teachers because absenteesm also contribute to poor performance and also building the capacity of the staffs
