Greetings Madam facilitator,
Some leadership practices I saw and implement in my school are practices which helps improve quality teaching in the school. Teachers are allowed to observe one another, work together and share best practices. Staff meet regularly in streams or at school base workshops to plan lessons and review their assessments to improve. The stream heads regularly make follow ups on teachers planning and and assessments and assist where necessary.
The staff are praise and motivated collectively for performance at the termly or end of year assessments. This gives them courage to improve where necessary. Staff in streams are acknowledge for the strength in classroom management shown during monitoring. They are encouraged to support one another and appreciate one anothers efforts.
